Handle initial and ongoing negotiations – SellSmart® handles all negotiations to acheive a mutually beneficial agreement and understanding between the parties.
Review all contracts – SellSmart® prepares and/or reviews the purchase contract as well as amendments, addendums and other items required during the sale to complete a successful transaction and closing.
Present all offers – SellSmart® presents and explains all offers and prepares any counter proposals. Requirements are established to verify buyers’ ability to acquire financing and satisfy conditions to close the transaction.
